I have been gluten free and dairy free for about 10 years. I miss the fluffy and soft texture of regular bread. Also, finding any tasty bread recipe without dairy ingredients seems impossible. Can you help?
Absolutely! All of my bread recipes are dairy-free =)
My daughter just had a Pampered Chef party and I bought a bunch of stuff so she could “win” some free product. 🙂 One of things I bought was a 9×5 stoneware loaf pan, thinking that it might help give our GF bread more lift. To be honest we gave up on baking GF bread many moons ago, but we are ready to try again. In fact, my daughter mixed up a recipe a few days ago (minus the liquid) and it’s still sitting on the counter, waiting for motivation. I think we’re scared of the new loaf pan. For one thing we don’t know if we should put it in the oven cold or hot. I think the PC lady said it should be hot first, but I think the bread needs to rise first. Can you give us any tips on using the stoneware loaf pan for GF breads? Many thanks!
Thanks Mary Frances! I so appreciate all the information you share. Looking forward to this video series!
