In this week’s class, we’re going to go straight into baking. First there are a few videos to watch and then you’ll split up to work on your recipe of choice for this class.

Now it’s time to go ahead and dive into the actual making of your recipe. Since our focus will be on the technical aspects of preparing the recipe, you’ll be using recipes that I’ve created. If those recipes include any ingredient that you cannot have, let me know and I’ll either give you an acceptable substitution or create a new recipe for you, whichever is most appropriate.
